Planning the visit
National Intangible Heritage Center is stop 2 of 7 on the Folk Music Route.
The stamp is not at the site itself but in front of the Permanent Exhibition Hall #2 in the Yeolrinmaru Hall (2F), so check the opening hours of that building rather than the site.
Opening hours are 10:00 - 17:00 (Closed every Monday, New Year’s Day).
The two closest stamp points are Archaeological Site in Wanggung-ri, 20 km away, and Mireuksa Temple Site at 25 km. All three fit into one day.

What the campaign says about it
Intangible Korean Heritage refers to those items of high historical and artistic value among intangible cultural resources in the form of knowledge, skills, rituals, and performing arts that have been preserved and enjoyed by local communities. These intangible Korean Heritage assets are shared within the community and they are mostly transmitted and spread by word of mouth. The National Intangible Heritage Center is a government institution and cultural venue created to protect, preserve, and promote these intangible Korean Heritage assets. At the Center, you can enjoy intangible Korean Heritage assets with music and videos, as well as relics such as traditional musical instruments, costumes, ornaments, knots, and masks that can teach you the meaning and value of intangible heritage in a more interesting and entertaining way. The Center offers various programs through which you can feel, touch, and immerse yourself in our intangible Korean Heritage. Performances of national intangible cultural assets hosted every Saturday also provide you with an opportunity to enjoy the beauty and excitement of our traditional culture.
